twc18 strictly requires all members to be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory. Underage accounts are closed without exception.
Each player may hold only one twc18 account. Duplicate accounts are considered a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
twc18 processes all legitimate withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms. Verified accounts in good standing receive payouts within 30 minutes during operational hours.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and twc18 ("twc18", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the twc18 website located at twc18.net, including all services, products, features, and content offered therein.
1.2 By creating a twc18 account, accessing the twc18 platform, or placing any wager or bet through twc18, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the twc18 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the twc18 platform and close your account by contacting twc18 support at [email protected].
2.1 The twc18 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 twc18 implements mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification, such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport, together with a proof of address document, before any withdrawal request will be processed.
2.3 twc18 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point during your membership. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
2.4 You represent that you are not accessing the twc18 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of twc18 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.1 To access the full suite of twc18 services, you must register a member account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active twc18 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your twc18 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify twc18 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 twc18 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your twc18 account or any associated balance to any third party.
3.5 twc18 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 All financial transactions on the twc18 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment methods approved by twc18, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and FPX online banking.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. twc18 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered in your twc18 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.4 twc18 processes withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
4.5 twc18 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
twc18 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
5.1 All bets placed on the twc18 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed on the twc18 platform at the time of placing the bet.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by twc18, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn by the Member, except where twc18 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for that particular bet.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the twc18 records of the relevant transaction shall be conclusive evidence of the terms and outcome of that bet, subject to any manifest error.

6.1 twc18 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards ("Promotions") to its Members. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Promotions are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Promotions are intended for recreational players. twc18 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a Member has exploited a Promotion in bad faith, used multiple accounts to claim a single Promotion, or otherwise circumvented the spirit of the offer.
6.4 twc18 may modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of the bonus credit.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twc18 platform:
7.2 twc18 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the twc18 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of twc18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the twc18 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any twc18 content without prior written consent from twc18.
9.1 The twc18 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. twc18 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twc18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the twc18 platform, including losses arising from network outages, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
9.3 twc18's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member into their twc18 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit twc18's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 twc18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where twc18 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
10.2 Upon account termination for breach, twc18 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with bonus funds. Deposits made in good faith will be returned to the Member's original payment method subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks.
10.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting twc18 support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of twc18's international gaming authority licence.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and twc18 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the twc18 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting twc18 support at [email protected].
12.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Nothing in this clause prevents twc18 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
13.1 twc18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, twc18 will notify Members by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the twc18 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Your continued use of the twc18 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
13.3 The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision to these Terms.
